Puthenmalika (Kuthiramalika) Palace : Located adjacent to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, this palace was built by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal Balarama Varma, the King of Travancore, who was also a celebrated poet, musician, social reformer, and statesman. The palace, now a museum, showcases paintings and priceless royal collections.
Napier Museum & Art Gallery : Built in the 19th century in Indo-Saracenic architectural style, the Napier Museum houses a rare collection of archaeological and historical artifacts. Nearby is the Sree Chithra Art Gallery, displaying original works by Raja Ravi Varma. Also located within the complex is one of the oldest zoos in India, the Zoological Park, established in 1859. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
